The BIST 100 index on Borsa Istanbul closed Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 14,505.48 points, recording a 0.70% increase from the previous session. The index gained 100.23 points compared with its previous close of 14,405.25.

The benchmark started the session at 14,381.24 points and moved within a range of 14,357.04 to 14,673.07 points during the trading day. Despite fluctuations throughout the session, the index finished above its previous closing level.

The BIST 100’s 52-week trading range stood between a high of 15,204.92 points and a low of 10,053.74 points.

Other major indices also recorded gains. The BIST 30 index rose 0.79% to 17,239.14 points, while the BIST All-Share Index increased 0.54% to 18,534.66 points.
